Help a Depressed Person feel like themselves again. Buy it:
Rating: Fabbityfabfab.
Read: January 2003

I hadn’t heard of it, when Aia told me she’d bought a copy. It took her six weeks to get through it because, “…it was… depressing.” I’m not surprised.

Two weeks ago, I was in the middle of a depressive episode, and I figured, ‘Hell, I feel bad enough- it can hardly get worse.’

Amazingly, while reading this book, I felt better. Everything she describes is absolutely real. I cannot imagine the pain of living with depression for over ten years without anything but useless talk therapy to manage it. *shudders* If you don’t understand Clinical Depression, do a bit of research, and then read this book through, no matter how depressed it makes you. Afterall, people like Elizabeth and I live with that kind of pain every day.

A must read.
